Subscriptions and renewals
Pro is offered at $15.95 per month or $155.95 per year. There is no free trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Pro access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for, after which the account moves to the Free plan.
Refund requests
Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, and exceptional circumstances individually. Contact support promptly with the account email, charge date, and a description of the issue.
Failed payments
Stripe may retry unsuccessful subscription payments. Pro access may remain active during the retry period and ends when Stripe reports that the subscription is unpaid or terminated after its retry process.
