Information we collect
We may collect your email address, public display name, account and policy-acceptance records, subscription status, support messages, moderation history, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Pro project storage may contain the active working image, editable project data, layers, settings, and Text Studio objects. Free EDF projects and temporary recovery data are stored locally on the user's device unless submitted through an export workflow.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and subscriptions, save projects, generate exports, operate gallery licensing and moderation, prevent abuse, communicate about the service, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes subscription payments and receives the payment and billing information required for that service. Account, database, and protected file-storage services may be provided through Supabase as those features are enabled. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Source images and gallery copies
Private source photographs are never included in Public Gallery snapshots or gallery downloads. Gallery downloads contain fixed export files rather than editable EDF projects. Approved gallery snapshots and their public attribution may be retained permanently under the publication license.
Retention
Ordinary rejected gallery submissions are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Files associated with a Terms violation may be retained securely for 90 days as enforcement evidence, while minimal enforcement records may be kept longer. Pending unpublished submissions are deleted if the account is deleted unless temporary evidence retention is required.
Users ages 13–17
The service is intended for users age 13 or older. Users under 18 must confirm that they have permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information by contacting support@emberdragonforge.com. Approved public stencils are governed by the permanent publication license described in the Terms and are not automatically withdrawn when an account is deleted.
