Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for accurate registration information, account security, and activity performed through your account.

Every registered user begins on the Free plan unless they purchase Pro. Free projects are saved locally and use the Free layer and export limits shown on the pricing page. Pro includes expanded layers, formats, private cloud projects, and Public Gallery downloading while the subscription remains active.

Pro subscriptions renew until canceled. After cancellation, Pro continues through the paid billing period. Projects exceeding Free limits may become read-only after downgrade until limits are met or Pro is renewed.

You retain responsibility for images, text, designs, and other content you create or upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content. The Ember Dragon Forge provides creation tools and does not guarantee that a design is lawful, original, non-infringing, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Private projects are not proactively reviewed. If we become aware of illegal private material through a report, support request, or legal notice, we may remove it and suspend or terminate the account.

Free export requires acceptance of the Free publication terms. When a Free project is exported, the fixed exported stencil copy is submitted for moderation. Export remains available even if the submission is not approved for the Public Gallery.

By completing the Free export, you grant The Ember Dragon Forge a permanent, worldwide, irrevocable license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and offer the approved stencil snapshot through the Public Gallery. An approved stencil cannot be withdrawn by its creator and may remain publicly available after downgrade, account deletion, suspension, or ban. We may remove it for legal, copyright, safety, policy, or administrative reasons.

Pro projects remain private unless the creator deliberately submits one to the Public Gallery. A Pro publisher selects one of the available licenses: personal use only; personal and commercial use without redistribution of the original digital file; or unrestricted CC0 use. A new revision may use a different license, but permissions already granted to earlier downloaders remain valid.

Pro members may use an approved Free-submitted stencil personally or commercially and may modify it, but may not resell or redistribute the original digital stencil file by itself. Licenses apply to the downloaded version and remain valid even if the stencil is later removed.

The Public Gallery prohibits illegal content, child exploitation, content promoting hatred, racism, harassment or discrimination, visible nudity as defined by the gallery policy, photorealistic genuine death or severe real-world gore, and clear intellectual-property violations. Fictional, horror, video-game, cartoon, anime, historical, and ordinary weapons content may be allowed at administrator discretion when it does not violate these rules.

Moderation decisions, warnings, suspensions, bans, category changes, and administrative removals remain within The Ember Dragon Forge's discretion. Corrected work may be resubmitted, and one administrative appeal channel is available through support.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Processing results depend on source-image quality, settings, materials, equipment, and user decisions. You are responsible for reviewing cut paths, bridges, scale, safety, and licensing before manufacturing or selling any item.
